Molex Connected Enterprise Solutions works with a global network of independent installers and consultants to provide installation and implementation of our products. Our comprehensive range of training courses will give you all the knowledge you need to work with Molex products.
To ensure that end users receive a high-quality service end to end, we require installers and consultants to complete the relevant online training. Only Certified Installers are able to register installations for our 25-year System Performance and Application Assurance warranties.
The Molex Business Associate Program (BAP) is one of the most comprehensive structured cabling training programs available. In it, you will learn best practice for installation, testing guidelines and application standards.
Depending on the course selected, there are up to 15 modules of essential and advanced instruction, enabling you to tailor your learning to suit your own specialization. Topics include the basics of structured cabling installation, advanced structured cabling design, fiber optic solutions, and working with Jetted Fiber.
Our on-line courses are completely free and can be taken at any time. In-person or on-site courses can also be arranged depending on your region, however these will incur a cost.

6 of our training courses attract BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs).
We are also CPD Accredited. If you wish to receive a separate CPD certificate with proof of points earned, please check the box on the training form when you register for the course.

Course requirements depend on your chosen certification type:
All those wishing to pursue training will need to be pre-approved by a Molex Regional Sales Director. Expectations commonly include existing cabling installation experience, a sound reputation and financial stability.
In addition, System Integrators will need to have first completed the Certified Installer training.
We provide ongoing support to our registered Business Associates through our Customer Support Portal (CSP).
The CSP is used to enroll in, or renew, your Business Associate certification, apply for training, and apply for warranties. In addition, you can use our “Ask the Expert” forum to engage with peers and Molex Specialists. You will also have access to our key documentation, industry best practice updates, Molex news, consultant tools, and technical bulletins.
