Molex Global Compliance & Ethics Program

Molex is firmly committed to conducting business in compliance with the letter and spirit of the law. Our Global Compliance & Ethics Program is supported by the Molex Board of Directors and our senior officers and is administered by our Business Conduct Committee. This committee is made up of representatives from the Human Resources, Finance, Internal Audit and Law Departments. Together, the Board of Directors, senior officers and the Business Conduct Committee monitor the Program by:

• Assigning roles and responsibilities for the Program
• Overseeing compliance training and communications
• Overseeing compliance auditing and monitoring
• Overseeing internal investigation processes
• Reviewing disciplinary procedures for violations
• Monitoring the resources available for raising issues and reporting concerns

Molex’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is the cornerstone of our commitment to integrity and the foundation of our Global Compliance and Ethics Program.
